V． Selection Method
Class selection, in principle, one quota per class. If there are multiple excellent volunteers competing equally in the class, please recommend according to the comprehensive selection result ranking. The students selected by each class need to fill in the "Attachment 1: Application Form for Excellent Volunteers of the School of Computer and Information Science, Hefei University of Technology", and rename the attachment to "Student ID-Name-Major Class" and send it to the Pioneer Volunteer Center mailbox (2687721732@qq.com) before 23:59 on June 18; and join the group chat (group number: 567136165) for understanding subsequent notifications.
VI. Activity Content
The students who are rated as excellent volunteers of the college need to participate in the Volunteer Commendation Conference of the School of Computer and Information Science in the afternoon (tentatively) on June 20. At that time, the selected students will be commended and rewarded, and excellent volunteer representatives and Hefei good people will be invited to share their volunteer experiences.
VII. Incentive Measures
The excellent students who receive commendations and rewards, their results will be entered into the second classroom public service module.
VIII. Notes
1. Do not submit false volunteer time proof materials. If found, the qualification for this selection will be directly cancelled.
2. The final interpretation right of the volunteer commendation selection result belongs to the college.
